The gates open at 12.30pm. There are some great bands and artists on the lineup and a DJ playing all your favourite hits. Don’t miss any of the action! Live music starts at approx 1:45pm and finishes in the All Weather Arena at 11:30pm.

Yes, as long as we have not reached our capacity crowd, then tickets will be available to buy on arrival. You are advised to buy tickets in advance to avoid disappointment!

Unfortunately lost tickets cannot be replaced under any circumstances.

No, sorry, tickets are non-refundable. However you are free to give or sell your ticket to someone else.

Yes. We also provide  a range of kids entertainment at the event, including Large inflatable slides, Swingboats, Facepainting and more. Children aged 10 & Under can party for FREE. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Children aged 10 and under are free of charge and do not need tickets, but must be ‘wristbanded’ by the police on arrival at POTP.

Sorry No. Due to licensing restrictions, you are not permitted to bring alcohol to the event. There is a wide range of alcoholic (and non-alcoholic) drinks available for purchase from our bars.

PLEASE NOTE: No glass will be allowed anywhere onsite. Security teams will be searching bags on entry and any glass bottles will be confiscated.

No, sorry, dogs are not allowed at the festival (unless guide/assistance dogs).

Sorry no there is no cash machine on site.

Car Parking at POTP is reserved for disabled badge holders, bands, artists, staff, traders and emergency services only. There is no other car parking in the grounds. Visit the Getting Here section of this website for full details.

We hope you won’t want to, and we try to ensure you won’t need to. Re-admission will be at our Security’s discretion. Please also note that you will not be able to take alcoholic drinks out of or into the event arena.

The Control Cabin handles a large variety of queries during the day and will provide partygoers with the latest information. All Lost property should be taken to the control cabin.

Yes, POTP can be a long day and not everyone wants to be on their feet all day! We do have a limited number of benches in and around the bar area but welcome guests to bring their own seating and blankets.

Band stage times and running order flyers will be available at the main gate and at the bar. Please make sure you pick one up!

Sorry, there is no camping available at Party on the Pitch but visit the Accommodation section of this website for camping details.
